Small group ACL Injury Prevention Class Get together with 3 of your teammates to maximize ACL injury prevention. - Session 1: biomechanical assessment to identify individual risk factors - Session 2-6: meet once per week to learn the key exercises and activities for ACL injury prevention. - Finish the program with confidence and an action plan to maintain gains throughout your season
