Crystal Hazelton, PT, MPT, OCS, PRPC
Crystal Hazelton is a movement specialist and the founder of COVA Physical Therapy. With professional training as a physical therapist and dual board certification in both Orthopedics and Pelvic Health, she delivers expert, whole-body care that empowers clients to move better, live stronger, and thrive at every stage of life.

Her early work with the Navy SEAL Human Performance team shaped her belief that elite-level care should be accessible to everyone—not just tactical or professional athletes. She also brings extensive performing arts experience to her practice, having worked backstage on six national Broadway tours through Neurotour Physical Therapy, helping dancers and performers stay injury-free and performance-ready.

Today, Crystal blends science, precision, and compassion to support active women, competitive dancers, female athletes, and frontline professionals. She specializes in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and high-level performance through a personalized client-focused approach rooted in real results.
